Anastasia Busciglio is Chief of Staff to the CEO, responsible for supporting the Leadership Team in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing organizational efficiency and ensuring seamless communication and stronger alignment across departments and functions. 

 

Anastasia brings more than 10 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry, including client facing and internal leadership roles at Alera Group. She has served most recently as Vice President, National Operations, Alera Group.
